Masterclass: Maintaining Momentum 2 Flyer

In 60 Minutes, You'll Learn

  • Discover what is actually driving (or blocking) your momentum and how to see it clearly
  • Learn the five upstream factors that determine whether your habits stick or quietly fade
  • Leave with the beginning of a picture of who you actually are: what drives you, what drains you, and why some weeks work and others don't
  • Experience what it feels like to be the version of you who actually does the thing
Planning momentum

You Know the Chronic Restarter Cycle

You know what you should be doing. You've probably been doing it, at least for a while.

Then something shifts, and quietly, without drama, the thing you were building stops.

You start again. It works for two weeks. Then life happens. You stop. You feel bad about stopping. You disappear from it for a while. Six weeks later, you start again.

You've been told the answer is more discipline. More accountability. A streak tracker. An accountability partner.

If those systems have worked for you, this masterclass probably isn't for you.

If they've made you want to do the exact opposite, you're in the right place.

The Real Question

It's not how do I get more motivated? It's: what would I actually do on my least motivated day?

If you only design for your best self, you're designing for a version of you that barely exists.

The good news? You can design for the other version. That's what this is about.

The domino effect of momentum

This Session Is For You If

  • You've tried accountability systems and they made you want to quit just to prove you didn't have to
  • You know what to do, but knowing hasn't been enough
  • You've started the same thing so many times it's become a private joke with yourself
  • You're more of a deep thinker than a ra-ra person, and most "motivation" content makes you roll your eyes

It's not a good fit if you love streaks, accountability partners, or being pushed by external pressure. That approach works for some people. It doesn't work for you.

This is built for the rebel, the introvert, and the Chronic Restarter.

Life momentum

How It Works

The session moves in three parts.

Part 1: Get Honest

A guided visualization puts you in contact with where you're heading if nothing changes. Most people find this more clarifying than uncomfortable.

Part 2: Get Specific

You'll learn the five upstream drivers that determine whether your practice happens on any given day, and identify which one is most likely your bottleneck right now.

Part 3: Get Practical

I'll show you the daily check-in tool live: seven inputs, sixty seconds, and a picture of yourself that builds over time. You leave with something you can actually use tomorrow.

Sailing forward with momentum

One step at a time

What Changes

  • Realising your "discipline problem" is actually a sleep problem. Or an energy problem. Both are solvable.
  • Shortening the gap between drifting and coming back, because you can see exactly what happened
  • Building a picture of yourself over time that replaces judgment with curiosity
  • Becoming someone who does the thing. Not because you have to. Because you decided to.

This masterclass is about the mechanics behind that shift.

Building momentum

What People Say

Ziv came in calling himself someone who never finished anything. After two cohorts of Momentum Gang:

"The meditation practice (that I've been very consistent with, 100% thanks to this group) has done wonders for me."

— Ziv from Japan

"This group helps me in a number of ways. When I really feel shitty, it's easy to think everybody else is more productive... but I see everybody is struggling with something. I don't feel like I'm broken."

— Judy from Arizona

"I'm loving having this group because it is really helping me stay focused."

— Prisca from France

FAQs

I hate accountability systems. Is this going to be more of the same?
No. This isn't an accountability session, and Momentum Gang (what I've built for people who want to keep going after this) isn't an accountability program. No streaks. No homework. No one chasing you. The whole thing is designed for people who bristle at being told what to do, because that's how I'm wired too.
Is this for me if I've already tried habit tracking and it didn't stick?
Yes, especially if tracking felt like more pressure or more things to fail at. This is different: state tracking, not behaviour tracking. There is nothing to fail at here.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Just come as you are. Bring the thing you keep meaning to get back to.
Is this connected to Momentum Gang?
Yes. At the 30-minute mark I'll share what I've built for people who want to keep going after the masterclass. No pressure. The content stands on its own either way.

Who's Teaching This

I'm a researcher at Kyushu University and a coach who has spent eight years living and working across multiple countries.

I built Momentum Gang after running the Chronic Restarter cycle myself for years. Fired up, strong start, fade, feel bad, restart. The only thing that eventually worked was tracking my own data and building a structure that matched how I'm actually wired, not how I thought I should be.

Four cohorts later, across 20+ clients in multiple countries, the pattern is always the same: the problem was never discipline. It was a method mismatch.

This masterclass is the clearest version of what I've learned.

This Is The Map You've Been Looking For

This is a live session. It may not run again in this format.

If the Chronic Restarter pattern sounds familiar, if you've started the same thing more times than you'd like to admit, this is the clearest map I know how to draw. And it's built for people exactly like you.

Free. Live. Built for people who've tried everything else.
